I'll be able to complete part/day 2 of the recipe/method later on today.
I'm so looking forward to the part where I get to strain off all the "gunk" and get it into DJ's. Because it will look more familiar to my usual mead making efforts and not some sort of mad scientists experiment with a bucket of puke !
